- This is most likely because you have not yet paid for the quarterly Intramural Sports Pass, which must be done through your CSI account here: Pay for IM Sports Pass. This fee is required from all participants and covers all participation in any sport for that quarter. This fee is non-refundable.

- You may have paid for the pass, but please allow up to 24 hours to be validated in our system. Once validated, you will be able to go back in and Create/Join a Team.

Once your spouse/domestic partner is confirmed as a valid and current ARC member and approved by the Director of Intramural Sports prior to first participation, your partner must submit a “Join School” request via the IMLeagues account creation page. They must create an account and, upon clicking “Create Account,” will be sent to an error page which asks them if they wish to “Request to Join This School.” They will submit this request, and it should be approved by the Intramural Sports Staff within 24 hours. They cannot participate until completing this process.
