The Student Activity Center was built for the students by the students in 1990. Over the past 20+ years, the SAC has been a main leisure and recreation area for Central Michigan Students. They can engage in classes, social activities, aquatics and fitness programs, and open recreation. The SAC is also the main location for CMU's Indoor Intramural Sports, Indoor Club Sports, and Group Fitness Classes.
