    The new CMU Events Center was opened on December 1, 2010 and has hosted everything from LMFAO concerts to CMU Varsity Athletics to Commencement Ceremonies.  The Events Center is also home to special Intramural Sports tournaments and games as well as Indoor Club Sports practices.
